Nsadha Elifazi Frank alias Dr Eli, is a Ugandan living in Ghana Medical doctor.

Birth, Education and Medical career Dr Nsadha was born in Iganga District on 1 July 1994. Growing up in Nabitende and Namungalwe Villages, Dr Nsadha witnessed first-hand how poor healthcare negatively impacted his community. These experiences at an early age sparked his interest in becoming a medical doctor. Dr Nsadha attended Namungalwe primary school and Kigulu College where he served as information prefect, and best student for his year group, before joining Kiira College on a fully funded Mastercard Foundation scholarship at BRAC for his Advanced level Education.

At Kiira College Butiki, he was among best Performing students and he obtained a fully funded Mastercard Foundation scholarship to study a medical degree at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi Ghana.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Human Biology and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Elifazi worked as Junior medical doctor at Komfo-Anokye Teaching Hospital in Ashanti region and Sunyani Municipal Hospital in Brong-Ahafo region, before joining Ho Teaching Hospital in Volta region as a medical officer in Emergence medicine.

Personal Life, Goals and Aims Elifazi dreams of changing the future of healthcare in Uganda and Africa for better through better policies and research.

Nsadha Eliphaz Frank is an alumnus of the MCFSP program at KNUST. He was part of the 2015–2021 cohort. Nsadha believes that a life lived for others is worthwhile and that serving humanity is his calling.
