Mmantlha Sankoloba is a Botswana-born social entrepreneur, businesswoman , and Trade expert.

She is the group managing director of The Botswana Exporters & Manufactures Association (BEMA) with contributions in executive leadership and real-time business practices in the manufacturing and export sector.[1]

Mmantlha is a social entrepreneur, and executive leader in the manufacturing and export sectors[2]. who serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Botswana Exporters and Manufacturers Association (BEMA)[3]. Mmantlha serves as the chairperson of the advisory board for the Department of Marketing and is a member of the Department of Economics advisory board at the University of Botswana (UB). [4]Furthermore, she is the President of the Board of the OACPS Business Forum.[5]

Achievements

  • Mmantlha was elected President of the Business Forum of the Organization of African, Caribbean, and Pacific States (OACPS) in 2024.[3]
  • She co-authors the National AGO Reference Group which actively promotes trade opportunities under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA).[1]
  • Mmantlha Sankoloba is also the National Champion for the Friends of the Agenda 2063 club. She champions the goals of the African Union's Agenda 2063 club emphasizing sustainable development, economic growth, and regional integration.[1]
