Mach Wood Stove (or Turbo Wood Stove or Smokeless Wood Stove in India) is a Forced Draft Wood Stove under the brand of Togle Automation Private Limited company located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The Vision of Mach Wood stoves is to promote and level up the lives of lower income group people by reducing huge amount spending on LPG Cylinders to change over to wood burners saving up to 80% (In some places 100%) operational costs.
The Unique design pattern makes this design stand out from a normal forced draft wood stove. A traditional forced draft wood stove consists of wood chamber and an external blower for oxygen supply to increase the combustion efficiency. The combustion chamber of Mach Wood Stoves consists of a total 32 holes with 5° in the upwards direction which fills the chamber with oxygen evenly leaving equal oxygen supply to the fuel available in the chamber burning it in the maximum efficiency.
The construction of the chamber makes Mach Wood Stove stand out from other competitors. Mostly the inner chamber will be constructed from cast-iron material which normally reaches to 700°-900°C even at the least oxygen supplied to the chamber. to over come this issue, plain sheet of mild steel is laser cut, formed to a conical shape (which supports the updraft of the fire and heat instead of burning the wood fuel inside the chamber and not letting the heat energy upwards efficiently). By doing so, the holes in the chamber will automatically form in the 5° tapered manner (pushing the fire and heat outside of the chamber).
