Le Phuong Thao (born November 11, 1994) is a Vietnamese model and beauty pageant titleholder. She is best known for being the first runner-up in the Miss Vietnam - Sport 2022 competition.[2][3]
Education
[edit]Le Phuong Thao moved to the United Kingdom at the age of 18 to pursue higher education. She earned a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth in 2016 and was recognized with the Business Enterprise Award from Portsmouth Business School.[4] Thao also represented 20,000 graduates as the Student Speaker for Portsmouth Business School’s graduation ceremony.
She later completed an MA in Luxury Brand Management at Regent's University London, where she was consistently on the Dean's List.[5] During her postgraduate studies, she worked on industry-linked projects, including marketing consulting for luxury brands like the Dorchester Hotel.
Career
[edit]Le Phuong Thao gained national recognition in Vietnam as the first runner-up in the Miss Vietnam - Sport 2022 competition, where she also received the subsidiary award for "Miss Media." The competition celebrated her contributions to promoting health, fitness, and cultural heritage in Vietnam.[6]
Thao has worked as a model and brand ambassador for Nova Group and appeared in various international fashion events, including Vietnam International Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, and New York Fashion Week.[7]
