Submission declined on 7 July 2024 by SafariScribe (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Ava Kris Tyson[1] (born July 1, 1996) is an American YouTuber and internet personality. She is best known for frequently appearing in MrBeast videos.
Biography
[edit]Tyson was born on July 1, 1996.[2] Tyson began appearing in videos on the MrBeast channel in 2015. She married Katie Tyson in 2018. The two had a son named Tucker in 2020.[3] Tyson later confirmed in a social media post in early 2023 that she and Katie had separated.[4]
In November of 2020, Tyson publicly came out as bisexual via Twitter.[5][3] In early 2023, she publicized her beginning hormone replacement therapy on her social media accounts, while changing her displayed pronouns to "any" on Twitter.[6] These actions prompted criticism from Australian YouTube personality Lachlan Windross, best known by his online alias Sunnyv2. This led Donaldson to react on Twitter, denouncing Windross' claims that Tyson's increasingly feminine persona would harm his brand.[7][8] Tyson officially came out as a transgender woman during an interview with Anthony Padilla, published to YouTube on July 21, 2023.[9][10]
In July of 2024, allegations against Tyson surfaced of inappropriate misconduct with a minor, originating from evidence compiled in a 45-minute video uploaded to YouTube channel Prism42 on June 13.[11] Upon the allegations gaining widespread attention in late July of 2024, Tyson announced her "mutually decided" permanent departure from MrBeast on July 23 in a Twitter post;[12] however, Donaldson issued a statement the following day, claiming that Tyson had instead been fired, saying he was "disgusted and opposed to such unacceptable acts," further adding that he was in the process of hiring a private investigator.[13] The alleged victim, known as LavaGS online, denied the allegations, stating via Twitter that they were nothing more than "a few edgy jokes," and that circulationg videos about the situation were "twisting the truth."[14]
