Jensen Theory (real name Andrew Frewing-House) is a British professional wrestler. He is the current Venom Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.[1] and former Rizen tag team champion and Pudsey Charity Champion and Quality Wrestling Anytime Champion.

Jensen started his career in 2019 and has wrestled for promotions including Quality Wrestling, Venom Championship Wrestling, CWP, Rizen Pro Wrestling and Brawl, .
Jensen was also the subject of a feature broadcast on BBC1.[2], The Portsmouth News[3] and ITV1.
Career
[edit]Jensen started training with Quality Wrestling in 2019[4] and made his debut at their virtual show against Raphael James. Jensen, billed as 'Jensen Ryan' defeated James and the show was broadcast via their YouTube channel in early 2020 during the pandemic.
Jensen later formed a tag team with Raphael James under the name 'Project Venom[5]' who debuted at Qmania in tag team action and picked up the win. Project Venom would continue to wrestle together in Quality Wrestling defeating the Storm Boys later that year.
Throughout 2021 and 2022, Jensen, who continued to wrestle for Quality Wrestling was the subject of a TV feature on BBC1[6] which showcased his journey as a gay wrestler[7]. In April he was featured on ITV1 regarding the same subject which lead to articles with the Portsmouth News[8], Southern Daily Echo[9], The Metro[10], QX magazine[11], Scene Magazine[12] . He also appeared in the Outsports top 200 LGBTQ+ wrestlers for the first time.
At Quality Wrestling's Halloween show, Jensen and James battled each other, with Cena securing the win. Later in the show Jensen delivered an RKO during the 'Anywhere Championship match' to win his first championship. Although this was short lived when Cena nailed the AA to win the title shortly after.
Jensen also debuted for GBWA in Essex in a three way match for the Immortal Wrestling Championship which included defending champion Champagne Charlie faced Johnny Royal and Jensen Theory (at the time billed Ryan). Champagne Charlie retained the title[13] and Jensen returned in October 2022 to face Johnny Royal in a 'no holds barred' match. This time Jensen picked up the win.
Jensen also debuted for the online wrestling promotion Savage Pro Wrestling where he faced James Cena (formerly Raphael James) and picked up the win.
By the end oft year Jensen had appeared in the top 200 LGBTQ+ wrestlers list compiled by Outsports and was voted 'Best Wrestler of 2022' by fans of GBWA.
In 2023, Jensen and James re-joined forces as 'Project Venom' and in Quality Wrestling and took part in a six team elimination match to determine the number one contenders for the tag team championship. Project Venom came second after The Storm Boys scored the win.
In April, Jensen debuted for Charity Wrestling Promotion (CWP) and faced Pudsey Charity Wrestling champion (PCW) Danny Disorder in Southampton. Jensen picked up the win becoming the PCW champion[14].
In May, Jensen debuted for Venom Championship Wrestling at their 'Pride and Honour' event[15] to determine the first ever Venom Heavyweight Champion against James Cena. Jensen delivered the RKO to secure the win and retain become the first ever Venom Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Champion[16]
Jensen continued to wrestle as 'Project Venom' at Quality wrestling with the team defeating The Pirates to win the golden ticket, which allowed them to cash in at any time for a tag team title shot.
At Venom's September show 'Honour and Glory'[17] Theory defended the Venom Heavyweight Championship against Anthony Storm in a compelling bout. Theory grabbed the win to retain the title[18]. Later that year, Theory was voted 'Heel of the year' by fans of Venom Championship Wrestling. He was also voted Southern Wrestling Hub' wrestler of the year 2023'.
Jensen debuted for Rizen pro wrestling in January 2024, teaming with Sensational Simon as the Rizen tag team champions to face Rusty Jack and Ryan Hendricks. Simon and Theory picked up the win.
In February 2024, Jensen defended the Venom Heavyweight championship against Ryan Hendricks at Venom Championship Wrestling Retribution[19] in a legacy vs New Blood match which stated that if Theory was to win, the legacy of Ryan Hendricks would end. Theory got the win as a result of interference from Eli Kai who turned his back on Ryan Hendricks allowing Theory to get the pin[20].
In March, Jensen returned to Quality Wrestling with James Cena as Project Venom and cashed in the golden ticket for a match against tag champions The Dirty South. Dirty South retained the titles and Project Venom, once again parted way.
Jensen Theory and James Cena would once again face each other at Venom Championship Wrestling Breaking Point[21] in a lumberjack match. Theory would lose the title to James Cena[1] who lost it to Anthony Storm[1] shortly after when he cashed in his briefcase. Theory would then enter in to a feud with Nate Brazen.
In July, Theory returned to Rizen Pro Wrestling to defend the PCW championship in a four way match. Theory would lose the championship after Rusty Jack secured the win.
In September, Theory would face Nate Brazen in a three stages of hell match at Venom Championship Wrestling. Triple Threat[22]. Brazen got the first pin but it was Theory who got the following two to claim the win[23].
Later that month, Theory announced he was the leader of a new faction 'The new Blood' with JD Rollings and Carlos Chaotico and they would debut at Archer Medias 'November Reigns'[24] event. Theory would regain the Venom Heavyweight Championship in three way match against defending champion Anthony Storm and James Cena after pinning Cena for the win[1]
At Venoms Xmas Clash show[25] Theory defended the Venom Heavyweight Championship against international wrestling star, Ollie Wood. After a hard fought battle, Theory picked up the win[26]
Theory was voted 'Venom Championship Wrestling Heel of year 2024' and 'Savage Wrestling Heel of the year 2024'. He also appeared in another article with the Metro[27] and Edge Media[28]
