I Don't Need Love, I've Got My Band is a 2019 compilation reIssue album by Swedish indie pop band The Radio Dept. It was released August 23, 2019 by Just So! as a vinyl 12" and digitally. It comprises of two previous EPs released when the band was represented by Labrador Records: Pulling Our Weight (2003) and This Past Week (2005).[1]

In the band's words, the album is "the missing link between our first albums Lesser Matters and Pet Grief.[2]
