This article will be about the ongoing project of the I-395 Signature Bridge, also referred to as "The Fountain".
The article will introduce the project and its location in downtown Miami. It will mention the architect Donald MacDonald, and his firm's collaboration with the Florida Department of Transportation in constructing the project. The introductory description will also mention the start and proposed end date, key features of the project, such as its arches, and perhaps some recognition that the project has already received. Include photo of location for clarity.
