The Huriwai Measures Formation is a geologic formation dating back to the Tithonian age of the Late Jurassic period Epoch. It lies in what is now New Zealand in the Waikato region on the North island. near the Waikato River. It is one of the two dinosaurs formations in New Zealand with the other being the Tahora formation from the Late Cretaceous.
