Global South World, globalsouthworld.com.^[1] is a news media focusing on the Global South. It was founded in October 2023 and covers politics, general news and business, among other areas. Its founding editor was Ismail Akwei.^[2]

Global South World works with journalists based in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America with a production hub in Accra, Ghana.

The website has interviewed leading figures in politics and business, including Ghana's president John Mahama^[3], Philippines businessman Sabin Aboitiz ^[4] and former Bolivian president Carlos Mesa^[5]
