Charles (Charlie) Thomas Stamatio, born April 23, 2008, is a junior at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, North Carolina. Other accomplishments include earning the rank of Eagle Scout from BSA Troop 314, receiving the St. Damasus award for excellence in Latin, and receiving the St. Ignatius of Loyola award for academic excellence.
