Keith Andres McQueen (born November, 29th 1988) is an Author, American non-denominational Christian pastor and motivational speaker. He is the senior pastor of The Revival Culture Church Chicago (formally Powerhouse Church of Chicago) and presiding Bishop of Powerhouse Global Network. McQueen’s church services, prophecies and charismatic sermons are broadcast on Social media. He is the author of several books and has an online institute to train future pastors in spiritual gifts.

Early Life

Keith Andres McQueen was born in Columbia, South Carolina to teenage parents. He shares that his father was a known drug dealer from Greenville, South Carolina. McQueen was raised by his maternal grandparents in the Pentecostal church. At the age of 19, McQueen came out as gay and became estranged from his family for years.

In 2012 McQueen launched Powerhouse Global, a 6 member LGBTQ Affirming congregation in Indiana that grew to thousands of members and multiple campuses around the world.

Queer Theology

In 2024 McQueen came under attack from renowned Bible teacher Gino Jennings for his theological belief that God loves and accepts all people. McQueen’s radical teaching on love and inclusivity has been widely rejected by many in the Christian faith.

A sermon preached by McQueen in 2021 featured him on stage at his Chicago campus teaching that biblical characters Ruth and Naomi were lesbian lovers. The teaching caused outrage in the Christian community.

Books

McQueen has authored several published self help books entitled “Don’t Block Your Flow” and “Fresh Start”. McQueen’s writings center around his belief in the power to own responsibility for one’s life and use faith in God to manifest your destiny.

Social Justice

McQueen has used his platform to contend for marriage equality and queer rights for LGBTQ+ individuals. On July 17th 2021, McQueen’s organization was awarded his own day in Indianapolis and the state of Indiana by then Mayor Joe Hogsett and governor Eric Holcomb. The honor came to celebrate McQueen’s continued fight against HIV and AIDS.
