At Eease is an independent Dutch record label, based in Amsterdam. It was founded in 2018 by music promoter Adriaan Pels.^[1]

The label's first official digital single, "Lost for a Day", by Robin Kester was released on 1 June 2018. ^[2] The single was followed Kester's debut EP Peel the Skin ^[3] and releases from other artists such as Moon Moon Moon and A.M. Sam.

The first physical release by At Ease was This is not a Democracy, a mini album on cd and vinyl, issued on 11 September 2020, with contributions from Conor O'Brien (Villagers) and Maarten Vos. It received a four-star review in de Volkskrant. ^[4] In 2021, Moon Moon Moon ^[5] and Afterpartees ^[6] released their full-length album on the label as well.

Critical acclaim followed with the release ofKester's debut album, Honeycomb Shades. The album is featured in national newspapers in the Netherlands (De Volkskrant^[7], Trouw ^[8], NRC ^[9]), media in Belgium (daMusic, ^[10], Dansende Beren ^[11]), Germany, France (FIP^[12], and Canada (The Revue)^[13]. Robin Kester and her band played several songs on TV (Khalid & Sophie)^[14]) and radio (3FM^[15]). Honeycomb Shades was named best Dutch album of 2023, by newspapers NRC ^[16] and de Volkskrant ^[17]. The record picked up a nomination for a 3voor12 award ^[18], the prize for best Dutch album.

At Ease expanded its catalogue with EP releases from So-Fi ^[19] (2023) and Library Card ^[20] (2024), and albums from Naive Set ^[21] (2024), [Beans & Fatback] ^[22] (2025) and [Marta Arpini] ^[23] (2025).
