From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Susan Amala Ekpunobi (born on June 16th, 2000) is an American podcaster and influencer, and Internet personality.[1] She was formerly a host for Unapologetic, a show sponsored by PragerU.[2][3] Once a liberal activist, Ekpunobi is now regarded as conservative. She has gathered a large following on social media, as well as on YouTube, and has spoken at college campuses in the U.S..[4] [5] [6][7]Ekpunobi spent her young life in Nigeria with her mother, after her father left her when she was six years old.[8] She has starred in four film projects.[9]

Personal Life

[edit]

Ekpunobi was born in Nigeria to an African father and a cacausian mother. The couple stayed together until Amala was six, at which time her father left her mother. She was subsequently raised by her mother, who taught her a left wing perspective on life, which influenced Ekpunobi to become a liberal while in high and middle school. She eventually joined her mother’s activist organization and worked there for a year. However, during this time she began questioning the idea of systemic racism in the U.S. and now considers herself a “moderate conservative.”[10][11] She is blacklisted from TikTok.[12]
