Abderrahman Boukhaffa (عبد الرحمان بوخفة), born on October 15th, 1976, is a Moroccan-Canadian author, translator, and researcher. He is the author of Self-Care, Translation Professionalization, and the Translator's Ethical Agency: Ethics of Epimeleia Heautou (in English), and ٤٢ يوما في بلاد العم سام [42 Days in the Land of Uncle Sam] (in Arabic). Boukhaffa has PhD in Translation Studies from the University of Ottawa and has multiple academic publications in the field of Translation Studies. He is perfectly quadrilingual (Berber, English, Arabic, and French).
