Daniel Grodnik (born May 30, 1952) is an American film producer living in Los Angeles, California.

In 1989/1990, he and partner actor Tim Matheson took over National Lampoon, with Grodnik becoming the company's chairman and CEO.[1][2][3] [4][5]

Mr. Grodnik is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Writers' Guild.

Grodnik is also an adjunct professor at the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University and annually grades the master's thesis in the Peter Stark producing program at his alma mater, the University of Southern California.[6]
