Donkey Kong is not a spinoff, it is a partner series of Mario, and though it could be argued that either the Mario series or the Donkey Kong series is a spinoff of the other, it should be treated as a partner series, and neither is a spinoff of the other. 69.221.239.100 (talk) 21:51, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
