Not while there are seperate (international) categories:

• Category:Ports and harbours by country
• Category:Port cities and towns by country and

and as well there is:

• Category:Port settlements which seems to have been created as a subcatewgory of "Settlements" but which would be better off included in "Port cities and towns"! Hugo999 (talk) 13:18, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
