A question was raised in the Paula Deen article talk page[edit]
A numeric IP asked if she should be included in this category. In a vacuum of knowledge of inclusion criteria, I suggested she would not fit the description, based upon publicly available information. In part, due to her generation and habituation of said generation. In part due to the wording of articles I reviewed that related her comments. I suspect I am correct, but I defer to those far better acquainted with this distasteful subject. However, I'm at the tail end of the boomer generations, I recall quite well the mess of the civil rights movement, Vietnam and the change in culture that even my 83 year old, moderately demented father now follows.
