Camden National Bank is a bank headquartered in Camden, Maine, with 61 branches, all of which are in Maine.[needs update] It is a subsidiary of Camden National Corporation, a bank holding company. It is the largest bank headquartered in Maine and was founded in 1875.[2][1]

On September 10, 2024, it announced that it would acquire Northway Financial Inc. (NFI)[3] In January 2025, the bank's parent company, Camden National Corporation, announced the completion of the merger of its operations with NFI.[4]
