Breast implant illness

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Breast implant illness, sometimes abbreviated as BII, is a breast implant related illness.[1][2][3] BII might be caused by inflammatory or autoimmune responses, though the exact cause is still unknown. Some symptoms of BII are; rash, mental fog, arthralgia and fatigue. One way to treat this illness, is to remove breast implants. It may change in future, but for now, BII isn't an official diagnosis.[4]
