Best & Bester is a British–Finnish–Canadian animated series, directed by Younes Otti and Anto Hallerin and produced by Gigglebug Entertainment, Eye Present and Nelvana.

Premise

Best & Bester, twins in a town called Betterville, have a unique ability to choose a new body every time they want. This makes them unique,because other Betterville residents can only have one form forever. They go on various adventures with their friends and neighbors.

• Best – Pink Crown, Bester's brother
• Bester – Green-heart, Best's sister. She is afraid of camels.
• Grumpy Pants – Brown pants with glasses, Best and Bester's neighbor who hates them.
• Flip Flop – Best and Bester's best friend who runs a milkshake stand.
• Diamondo – He is rich and he likes shiny things. Sometimes also hangs out with Best & Bester.
• Rocky – She is usually shy and quiet, but she likes to hang out with everyone. She is a good friend of Best & Bester. She is a member of the "Book Club" with several other friends.
• Toot – She is a passionate comedian, she tells jokes all the time. However, no one really laughs at them. She is a good friend of Best & Bester.
• Grafifi – She is light and athletic, skilled in physical activity and mechanics. She is presented as a "rebellious spirit", and prefers to do things her way instead of following everyone else. She also likes to show off to others.

Part 1: Bettervale is celebrathing "Better Day" but Best & Bester manage to anger the townsfolk by causing mischief again. Part 2: After a period of exile, Best & Bester return, hoping to patch things up with their neighbours and with each other.

Broadcast

The series began its broadcast in the United Kingdom on Nickelodeon on September 3, 2022, and in Canada on the YTV on September 18, 2022. It was broadcast on Nickelodeon in Australia and New Zealand on June 27, 2022; also, several episodes were broadcast for the first time on Nickelodeon in Latin America, Nick Jr. in Italy. In Finland, the series is expected to be broadcast on Yle TV2 on March 11, 2023, under the name "Eka & Helmi", the 26 episodes of the series will be released on the same Time of day on the streaming service Yle Areena (PI).
