Augusto Arbizo

Augusto Arbizo (born 1972 in Quezon City, Philippines) is a visual artist,[1] gallerist,[2] art advisor, and art curator.[3] As an artist he exhibited at White Columns, NY;[4] Sandra Gering Gallery, NY; and Michael Steinberg Fine Art, NY. Group exhibitions include Artists Space, NY;[5] PS1 MoMA, NY;[6] and The Queens Museum of Art, NY. As a curator, he has organized exhibitions for Rachel Uffner Gallery;[7] Chapter NY;[8] Greenberg Van Doren Gallery;[9][10] and White Columns.[11] He was director of 11R Eleven Rivington, NY[12][13] from 2007–2017.[14] Arbizo joined the New York art advisory firm Schwartzman&[15] in 2021.[16] Arbizo was educated at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, The Cooper Union School of Art, NY, and The University of Michigan.
