Arslan Naseer (born 31 July 1985) is a Pakistani actor, writer, and content creator known for his role as a scriptwriter on the cartoon Burka Avenger.[1]
He made his acting debut on Hum TV's Ramadan rom-com Chupke Chupke in 2021.[2]
Career
[edit]Naseer was involved in the production of the Pakistani animated series Burka Avenger.[1] In 2014, he was invited by the show's producer, Haroon, to contribute as one of the scriptwriters.[3]
In 2021, Naseer was cast in the Ramadan special drama Chupke Chupke on Hum TV, where he played the role of an unemployed bachelor.[4] He noted that while he had been offered roles before, this particular script appealed to him. [2][5] The project was well-received, and his portrayal of "Hadi," along with his on-screen chemistry with co-star Aymen Saleem, earned positive feedback.[6][7]
Naseer later took on the lead role in the telefilm Hona Tha Pyar alongside Sanam Jung and starred in Hum TV's Ramadan drama Paristan, again alongside Aymen Saleem.[8][9]
Additionally, Naseer has filmed for the upcoming thriller series Siyaah, produced by IRK, which was aired on Green Entertainment. He also participated in Pakistan's first international collaboration with Turkey, appearing in the historical series Selahaddin Eyyubi, which focuses on the life of Salahuddin Ayyub.[10]
