Aleniglipron (development code GSBR-1290) is a small-molecule GLP-1 agonist developed by Structure Therapeutics.[1] It is delivered orally and is in a Phase II trial as of 2023.[2][3][4] On 18 December 2023 trial results failed to meet expectations and Structure Therapeutics share price lost half its value.[5]
