Aleniglipron (development code GSBR-1290) is a small-molecule GLP-1 agonist developed by Structure Therapeutics.^[1] It is delivered orally and is in a Phase II trial as of 2023.^[2]^[3]^[4] On 18 December 2023 trial results failed to meet expectations and Structure Therapeutics share price lost half its value.^[5]
