Composition

The song is built around a sample of Ina Wroldsen's vocals on "Breathe". It features two verses from Russ,^[1] who focuses on the troubles in his relationship, including his partner's issues, and acknowledges his own flaws.^[1]^[2]

Music video

An official music video was released on September 30, 2021. It was co-directed by Edgar Esteves and Joshua Valle.^[3] As of February 2024, it has amassed over 30 million views on YouTube.
