The 2024–25 I-League 2 is the 17th season of the I-League 2 since its establishment in 2008. It is also the 3rd season as the third tier of the Indian football league system. The top two clubs will secure a place in the 2025–26 I-League season.

In October 2024, Sudeva Delhi withdrew from the tournament. This brought the total number of teams participating in the league to nine.[2][3]
