Relegation group NLB/1. Liga
[edit]The last eight teams in each of the two qualification phase groups competed in two relegation groups against relegation to the 1. Liga 1994–95. The teams were drawn into these two groups and received ranking bonus points from their qualifying groups (3rd place 8 pts; 4th place 7 pts; 5th place 6 pts; etc). There was to be three direct relegations and a relegation play-out between the two fifth placed teams.
