Vladimir Fyodorovich Utkin (Template:Lang-ru) (1923–2000) was a Russian scientist and rocket engineer who developed railcar-launched ICBM RT-23 Molodets and other Soviet rockets. In 1971-1991 Utkin was a head of Yuzhnoye Design Bureau. An asteroid 13477 Utkin was named after him.
