Hi Zippybonzo, I came across an article that was tagged as an orphan, but there was a link to it on a different page that said "See also [page that was tagged as an orphan]".

Is a "see also" link substantial enough for me to remove the orphan tag on this page? From what I read on orphaned articles, it was appropriate to remove it, but I just wanted to double check in case I've misunderstood. Hey! I've been doing counter vandalism work for a few months, and saw you were available as a trainer in my time zone. I wanted to ask if there is anything I should know - I'm pretty comfy with most of the syllabus, but I wanted to add that I avoid touching talk pages for fear of doing it wrong! New pages patrol January 2025 Backlog drive

January 2025 Backlog Drive \| New pages patrol
On 1 January 2025, a one-month backlog drive for new pages patrol will begin in hopes of addressing the growing backlog. Barnstars will be awarded based on the number of articles and redirects patrolled. Each article review will earn 1 point, while each redirect review will earn 0.2 points. Streak awards will be given out based on consistently hitting point thresholds for each week of the drive.
