[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Thalía has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. — Jeff G. Re: Sources
[edit]Hola, I think that's OK, I've used the same sources in the Hungarian featured article. By the way, do we know each other? I'm sorry that I don't remember your name. Best regards, Zoli --El Mexicano (talk) 06:16, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
Szia Zoli, Rocksky (talk) 21:49, 8 October 2008 (UTC)RockskyRocksky (talk) 21:49, 8 October 2008 (UTC) Köszönöm, I think it's okay now to delete that disturbing note asking for reliable sources and references of the texts we added because we've given enough reliable sources to make it believable.
Although, the person who put the info with regards to Thalia being the first Latin artist to enter a music video in the number 1 spot on MTV3s chart hasn't provided a citation yet so this makes it unbelievable. Mmm.
We sometimes come across Thalia.com forum so somehow we are an acquaintance to each other. :-) My clue is, my Hungarian words above and that you know the meaning of Hello in my language. Of course it's me. Pls. don't mention my name. :-) Gracias.
Oh! Mabuhay, kamusta ka? Yes, of course now I know who you are, I was just confused because you'd had another username before. Look, I added that section about "what people commonly think about Thalía" (I think it is objective and important, because that's people's opinion and I also wrote down that it's people's opinion and I did not write it as a fact), but somebody always deletes it. It is something obvious that I think no source needed for it, you may just ask people from anywhere. Do you agree with it? Best regards, --El Mexicano (talk) 09:29, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
re deletion of your added section
[edit]Rocksky (talk) 22:45, 10 October 2008 (UTC)RockskyRocksky (talk) 22:45, 10 October 2008 (UTC) Szia Zoli, Salamat, mabuti. A person from Greece deleted your "What People Commonly Think about Thalia" section. Mmm, there's no reason given to the deletion again.
- I was warned by User:Viriditas that according to WP:BLP negative statements are not allowed. :( I wrote to Billybillos, I think he is very new in Wikipedia, and wants me to help him putting photos in the article. I explained him in e-mail that only free photos can be uploaded, of which there are quite few from Thalía. --El Mexicano (talk) 13:52, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
Rocksky (talk) 22:24, 12 October 2008 (UTC)RockskyRocksky (talk) 22:24, 12 October 2008 (UTC) Szia, Oh, then in that case, the warning is enough reason not to put that negative comment. :-) Many of Thalia fans who took a photo with her could be used here but their shot should be edited. That is a free photo right? You have a photo with Thalia right? Then that can be used. You own the photo. My good friend from Mexico has given me photos of her with Thalia during the latter's autograph signing events. Those are free shots too right? and so it can be used here.
- If you want to use a photo taken by a fan, you have to ask for permission, too, as you are not the photographer. Regardless of who is in the photo, the permission has to be given by the photographer. A special case is when you are in the photo (but nobody else), then you can use it, though I'm not sure that in all cases. But if you are not the only one in the photo (like mine with Thalía), then you need permission from all the people who appear in it. --El Mexicano (talk) 09:25, 17 October 2008 (UTC)
