That's funny

The bot is correcting "Studia Universitatis Babes-Bolyai" to "Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai" [2], but that too is wrong. The university's article is titled Babeș-Bolyai University. Ş is a Turkish diacritic, Ș being the Romanian one. You can read Ș#Unicode support to understand why would they ever be confused even in formal places. But yeah. It's still misspelled. Cite parameters
