Better source request for File:Best Fiction Tour Namie Amuro.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for your upload to Wikipedia:

You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete or generic. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact source (such as the web page, or printed document) where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain, search engine, pinboard, aggregator, or the direct/bare URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. — Ирука13 16:07, 7 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Singles vs Songs in C-pop

[edit]

In Taiwan, or even in all Chinese-speaking countries, it is not common for artists to promote albums by releasing singles in the same way that artists in other countries do. Unless the song is not included on any album, Chinese-speaking artists generally promote songs from their albums through music videos. For some artists like Jolin Tsai, she may even go so far as to film music videos for every track on the album. However, those are not considered singles, they are simply for promotional. If you were to call any of those songs a "single", then nearly all of the songs on her album could be classified as singles, which would be unreasonable. This is why I have only listed songs that were independently released as singles, whether in physical or digital form, separately. Additionally, Chinese-language media always mistakenly conflate the concepts of "single" and "song", even though they call it is a "single", it actually is not. Please be kindly advised, and thank you!----Leehsiao (talk) 23:03, 17 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

NewJeans made an official statement that they are leaving HYBE. TheFairBoy (talk) 04:02, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please read WP:OR. Nowhere do reliable sources as of yet indicate that the members will stop promoting as NewJeans, therefore saying that any of them are "past members" of the group is completely unverified and false information. ɴᴋᴏɴ21 ❯❯❯ talk 04:05, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No, past labels should remain in the infobox. ɴᴋᴏɴ21 ❯❯❯ talk 04:08, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contributions to N/a (EP). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
