Welcome to Wikipedia, Fungipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I am ToBeFree and I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. You can also check out Wikipedia:Questions or type {{help me}} at the bottom of this page. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:38, 28 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Control copyright icon Hello Fungipedia, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Boletus variipes have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues here.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:39, 28 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the insights and instructions, I'll behave myself. Fungipedia (talk) 16:27, 29 October 2018 (UTC) Fungipedia[reply]

Hey Fungipedia, thank you for your contributions, and please don't worry.
Feel free to remove the whole section; it's not meant to be a pillory. If you have seen a message, you may always remove it entirely, if you like to. I personally chose to create an archive for my talk page one day. If you would like to have an archive as well, I will happily set it up for you, including automatic archival of old messages by a bot.
If you happen to be the copyright holder of the copied content, e.g. because you are the website owner, please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials -- in a nutshell, all you'd need to do is to add a license notice to your website. Feel free to ask any questions on my talk page; I use Creative Commons licenses as well and might be able to help with the details.
Have a nice day! ~ ToBeFree (talk) 16:51, 29 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I would love an archive with a bot, if you wouldnt mind pointing me in the right direction of how to set one up; I'm a bit of a coder myself and would like to be a bit DIY about it if that's no too much trouble. Fungipedia (talk) 19:20, 30 October 2018 (UTC) Fungipedia[reply]
