Change Vatican City to Holy See per the ISO standard it represents. I checked the current uses of this template, and they'd improve if Holy See was used instead, as the Holy See is the diplomatic body, not the Vatican itself. See https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#search. Ironically we use {{Flag|Holy See}} on ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 for this reason instead of {{VAT}}.

Not done for now: please establish a consensus for this alteration before using the {{edit template-protected}} template. See {{Country data Vatican City}}, Flag of Vatican City, and Vatican City.
