Would it be possible to add a singular version of the "current tenants" label, for buildings with a single tenant (like headquarters)? Thanks! WikiFouf (talk) 16:49, 1 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I’ve noticed that some pages (specifically the original World Trade Center articles) use red text for “destroyed” within the status parameter. I also seem to remember some articles using blue for another entry, possibly “on hold” or “under construction”, and green for “completed”. Not every page on a building has this, however, and I can’t find any standard written here. Should one be created? I’m personally for it and think it adds a little to the infobox, though I could see others saying it’s distracting. SavagePanda845 (talk) 06:18, 6 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

change the short description generator to include "is infobox in lead" to prevent generated short descriptions whete the infobox is not in the lead of the article -1ctinus📝🗨12:20, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Done Please check affected articles to ensure that this change worked. The code does not check for redirects to this template; I recommend using manual short descriptions for those extreme edge cases. – Jonesey95 (talk) 17:02, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

There is no parameter currently to write who built the building. This may not be needed for grand and modern buildings but for simple historic buildings it was often built by a single person. Traumnovelle (talk) 22:00, 22 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe had it also be optional to display as builder/constructor? I will use that for now but someone may not be contracted to build something. Traumnovelle (talk) 19:31, 23 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Separated parameters for "antenna" and "spire" or add new parameter "pinnacle spire"
Can the height parameters between the "Antenna" and the "Spire" be separated ? according to CTBUH, where the antenna is the tip of the building while the spire is the height of the building architecture? or add new parameter "Pinnacle spire"? 2400:9800:201:A464:7516:BD12:E79B:2198 (talk) 03:00, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I first added |mapframe=no and clicked Preview. The mapframe map went away, showing no map at all. You are welcome to continue editing that page to make it look the way you want it to look; I just thought it would help to have some sort of map. – Jonesey95 (talk) 20:31, 13 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know what you were trying to do there, but I have restored the last working version. If you really don't want readers to see a helpful map so that they know where the building is, add | mapframe=no on a new line in the infobox. I suggest putting it directly under the |coordinates= line. – Jonesey95 (talk) 23:55, 30 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
