EAA removed all athletes profiles

Template needs simple modification to link to proper root (.com) (https://)european-athletics.com/historical-data/athletes/) and other identifier (portugal/lorene-dorcas-bazolo-014375638 or great-britain-ni/dina-asher-smith-014378282).
