Plot synopses
[edit]Why does the list have a description of the entire plot of each episode? It is supposed to be a basic summary so that you get the idea of each episode, not tell you what happens, why it happened and how it ended. That's for each episode's wikipedia page to have.
Every other season listing has a nice short description (like 2-3 sentences) for each episode, this one should be the same.
For example, take "Burns, Baby Burns"
A man named Larry's jaw drops when he sees his father Mr. Burns on a train from Yale to Springfield and Larry immediately follows the train. When he arrives at Mr Burns's mansion he identifies himself as Mr. Burns' long lost son. Burns admits that Larry is the result of a one-night stand and accepts him as his own. Soon, however, Larry proves to be an incurable oaf and Burns gets tired of him. Homer befriends Larry because they share similar interests. Together they fake Larry's kidnapping to win back Burns's love. But when Burns is told that Homer has kidnapped his son Homer and Larry are chased by reporters and the police. When told of the fake kidnapping Burns cannot continue as Larry's father and Larry leaves Springfield to return to his family.
Now look at "Grampa vs. Sexual Inadequacy"
Homer's father invents a love tonic that puts the spark back in Homer's lackluster marriage and the lackluster marriages of everyone else in town. Meanwhile, the kids of Springfield theorize that supernatural forces are involved in the parents' sudden neglect of their children.
Short and sweet, and it doesn't ruin the episode for me.
My thoughts anyway,

Nope, sorry, this is how season page are meant to be. A full synopses of the episodes, regardless of spoiling people. That's why this a FL and the other season (minus season 1) are not. Gran2 12:26, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
I did that overly long one, before I created this account btw, it is probably a bit long but the version before it had some awful grammar and in fixing it I got a bit carried away. If you want to tone it down a bit that's okay with me, just make sure it makes sense. :) SupernintendoChalmers 01:03, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
Featured Topic in Danger!
[edit]The Featured topic criteria has recently been changed and requires that a topic have twenty percent of its articles featured. Both Simpsons topics The Simpsons (season 8) and The Simpsons (season 9) will need to get two more (four more overall) for a 6 total FAs and will have six mounts to do this.
