Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator → Philippine offshore gaming operator – This is a common noun (a type of organization), not a proper name, as there are (or were) many POGOs. Per MOS:EXPABBR / MOS:SIGNIFCAPS, Wikipedia does not use capitalization to identify the letters used in an abbreviation. Wikipedia uses WP:SENTENCECASE. Without attempting a thorough survey, among the cited sources, I notice that CNN Philippines, Esquire, the Philippine Inquirer, and the South China Morning Post do not capitalize the words in this term. — BarrelProof (talk) 09:14, 13 January 2025 (UTC)
