There was support to use YOB as a disambiguator, but as there is no YOB sourced for either of these, consensus appears to be in favor of these as proposed. Comment. Difficult one. I'd actually advocate moving to Phil Williams (American politician, born XXXX) (if we don't need to disambiguate between politician from different states, we usually just use "American"), but unfortunately we don't have a YOB for the representative as stated above.
