population number discrepancy
[edit]the wikipedia for a few of the islands lists the 2000 census population as different than what is listed here... most notably is whidbey island and bainbridge island... I'm not sure where to find the census data, can we confirm the populations of those two islands? — Preceding unsigned comment added by GarThor (talk • contribs) 19:42, 6 January 2019 (UTC)

– As part of a follow-up to the WP:TRAINWRECK at Talk:List_of_mountain_passes_in_Washington_(state)#Requested move 16 June 2023, these articles about the state have analogous content for D.C., but I propose that the state is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, and as such should exist at the base name per WP:QUALIFIER policy. The alternative would be to create a two item disambiguation page at the base name and there be no primary topic; either way the base name should not be red. Mdewman6 (talk) 01:49, 4 July 2023 (UTC)
- Support. Articles about Washington D.C. will all be naturally disambiguated. Rreagan007 (talk) 00:59, 13 July 2023 (UTC)
