[edit]Should this not just be "crusader victory"? At the moment the article implies that the Frankish losses were not worth the victory, but the operation saved the Northern states. The Islamic forces even had to withdraw because their losses were just as serious. Could we change this result? --Tefalstar (talk) 17:59, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
I tend to agree. Ilghazi rode back to Aleppo claiming it was a victory to save face. If it was a victory, he would have marched on to Antioch. That is not really grounds for calling it a disputed victory. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.14.160.191 (talk) 02:08, 13 February 2014 (UTC)
