From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Soling World Championship is an International sailing regatta in the Soling organized by the host club on behalf of the International Soling Association and recognised by World Sailing .[ 1] The first Soling World Championship were held in Copenhagen in 1969,[ 1] the year after the selection as Olympic Three-Men Keelboat for the 1972 Summer Olympics . The Soling was an Olympic class from 1972 to 2000.
