Sheikh Ali Mohammad Raghe also known as "Dheere" is a Somali cleric who follows a different version of religious fundamentalism in Mogadishu. He was instrumental in the establishment of the first Islamic courts in Mogadishu in 1996 and became its head. He is from the Abgaal clan.[1] In 2009 he became spokesman for Harakat al-Shabaab Mujahedeen.
