Jennifer Aspen (born October 9, 1973) is an American actress, best known for her roles as Daphne Jablonsky in Fox's teen drama Party of Five (1998–2000), as Trina Hamilton in ABC's family comedy Rodney (2004–2006) and as Kendra Giardi in the first season Fox's series Glee.

Personal life

Aspen was born in Richmond, Virginia, and resides in Los Angeles. She attended the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, where she received a BA in Theater. Studied, she acting at the Beverly Hills Playhouse.[1] Aspen married her longtime boyfriend David O'Donnell in 2006. She is a practicing Scientologist.[2]

Career

Aspen made her debut in 1995 in TV shows, like Hope & Gloria, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Married... with Children.[3] In 1996 she made her film debut with a so-starring role in the family comedy A Very Brady Sequel and Stephen King's horror film Sometimes They Come Back... Again. From 1998 to 2000, she starred in the Fox's teen drama Party of Five. In 2001 she starred in the short-lived sitcom Bob Patterson.

Aspen guest-starred on television series such as Will & Grace, Friends, Grey's Anatomy, Shark, Boston Legal, The Closer, Criminal Minds, Eli Stone, Supernatural, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Bleep My Dad Says and Private Practice. Her film credits include Sometimes They Come Back... Again, A Very Brady Sequel, The Others, Changing Habits, Screwed: A Hollywood Bedtime Story, Some Common Things That Happen to Corpses, See Jane Run, Vanilla Sky, L.A. Twister, The Ranch, Guy in Row Five and Mr. Woodcock.

From 2004 to 2006, she starred in the sitcom Rodney. In 2009 she appeared a recurring role in the Fox's comedy series Glee, as Kendra Giardi. She also had a cameo in Kristin Chenoweth's music video for I Want Somebody (Bitch About).

She is currently starring as Sharon Peacham, a former beauty queen who was the envy of all the guys and girls in high school on the ABC's series GCB, with Leslie Bibb, Kristin Chenoweth, Annie Potts, Miriam Shor and Marisol Nichols.[4]
