Gremzdy Polskie [ˈɡrɛmzdɨ ˈpɔlskʲɛ], is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krasnopol, within Sejny County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[3] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Krasnopol, 12 km (7 mi) west of Sejny, and 108 km (67 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
From 1975-1998 the village was administratively governed by the Suwałki Voivodeship.

History
[edit]In 1827 it was recorded that the population of the village numbered at 85 and 9 homes and in 1881 it was numbered at 139 people and 16 homes.[4]
