Florentijn Hofman (16 April 1977) is a Dutch artist. He is known for playful urban installations[1] such as the Rubber Duck.[2]
Florentijn Hofman was born in 16 April 1977 in Delfzijl in the Netherlands. He went to primary and secondary school in Emmen. He studied arts at the art academy of Kampen and later Berlin.[3]
In 2013 Pittsburgh became the first American city to be visited by Hofman's "Rubber Duck".[4]
