It is disputed whether this file violates our non-free content criteria. The reason given is: This image falls under fair use by the following definitions: The image is intended to inform, in an educational purpose, readers of the article. When an article is about a single individual people want to know who that individual is. Text can give descriptions but a photo of the person is able to give a clear definitive picture of who that person is/was so that they can be recognized in other places or sources. The files is not replaceable by a free use image because none currently exist, we chose the closest thing we could find not a personal photo but a published press photo intended for use in news media and educational purposes.
