Description
English: Assisted migration is a climate adaptation tool. Forestry researchers and managers distinguish three types: (1) assisted population migration, (2) assisted range expansion, and (3) assisted species migration. Type 3 is sometimes called assisted species rescue or assisted long-distance migration.
