Though the image is subject to copyright, I feel it is covered by U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low-resolution image of a CD cover (copies made from it will be of inferior quality)
2. it is being used only for informational purposes, and not profit or personal gain.
3. it is used only once in the article, and it illustrates the text to which it appears
4. it helps illustrate the similarity between the covers of the Gold series.
5. no freely available images in the public domain have been located for this item.
